Pain in right and left leg
I have been facing a painin left and right leg since 1 n half year.There certain marks on my both legs.whenever i stand for too long my legs start paining.what to do for this

Hi.. I would like to know few more details to guide you properly..like do you have early morning back stiffness... Any history if back injury/ fall... How does the pain behaves during the day.. Any kind of investigation taken earlier for this issue... Previous consultation to any doctor if any... Kindly get back with details to guide you precisely.. As of now I would recommend you to stretch your calf and butt muscles and keep icing them..
