Pain in pelvic region when I stretch leg

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had my ovulation two days back.. And after that I am feeling very uncomfortable in pelvic region, not able to sleep comfortably, when I stretch my leg ter is pain in my right side of pelvic region.. Can u please tell me what's the reason for this...

ovulation causes pain ...which is normal ...if there is multifollicular growth that on ovulation there is more than average pain as more than one follicle ruptures ...it should settle in a day or two ...if it doesn't settle consult a gynaecologist .
