As per your clinical history is concerned your problem is due to UTI so you can take [ALLSAFE tab-500mg]once a day for 7 days and add [ALKASOL-P]20ml every 6 hours for burning sensation, Drink water 10Glasses per day.

Get your urine culture and sensitivity done before starting on antibiotics.
And also rule out diabetes.
Better way Consult nearby nephrologist or urologist or family physician( modern medicine)
