I am suffering from 3-4 months pus cells 10-12/ HPF I am worried ,please help and guide me

Do you have any symptoms or complains while passing urine or anything related to your urinary tract? If no then dont wory Take plenty of water Just see if you are getting fever If you get fever kindly do your urine culture sensitivity , ultrasound abdomen

UTI SX – dysuria, burning, urgency, frequency. PE – GU.
Next Steps
DX – U/A w/ Cx.

TX – hydration, cranberry juice/pills. • Trimethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole DS – no if preg. • Nitrofurantoin - yes if preg. • Cipro – if complicated, also good for male patients. • Specific drug to Tx Dysuria: phenazopyridine.
