Before 10 12 day menstrual pain
10 or 12 days before menstrual...I have severe pain in extreme right side lower abdomen pain...or I can say near appendix...and I feel more time vomit type and in duration some day fever and cough (khasi)...and pain is around back too...it's run extreme right lower abdomen to back

10-12 days before period is too long a time to suffer. You didn't mention about the number of children you have and since how many years you have been suffering. Please get sonography of Lower abdomen. It may give some clues.

It's is becoz u r ovulating that time. It is called mitteldchmerz pain The pain may be due to the ruptured follicle to release the ovum when it is ready. The burst may cause some bleeding fluid from the ruptured follicle may irritatethe lining of the abdomen( peritoneum) causing pain This is a normal part of menstrual cycle

Usually it is normal phenomena due to hormonal changes u can take any antispasmodic like T Meftal Spas, suggested for USG uterus & it adnexas ,share reports
