Pain in one single part in my abdomen

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Following is my scan report. Well define hypo echoic lesion with central calcification and surrounding inflammation in subcutaneous plane of anterior abdominal wall in left side of supraumbical region likely infective inflammatory lesion.
