Sir, I have got pinched nerve problem for past 6 months and had medicines for 2weeks initially and left. Now I am not able rotate my neck freely...this caysimg very severe neck pain... Do I need to go for any surgery... Will there be any side effects for this injury...please suggest...

hello there. consult a orthopedician to establish a exact diagnosis. then you could go for physiotherapist and take his sessions also. regards
