Pinched nerve left hand
Nerve compression from neck,shoulder,arm,elbow,wrist,fingers,the pain like pinching burning sensation starts from fingers till shoulder neck of left hand,it starts paining more in night after going to bed while sleeping till morning can't sleep.please can u suggest perfect threatment for problem....

it can be due to compression of nerve due 1. lateral flexion of neck due to not use of pillows. 2. cervical spond 3. 8th cervical rib, 4. cervical canal stenosis.
treatment - use large pillow, sleep in prone or supine, avoid side lying. take x ray / MRI to find cause.
