  4. Neck, shoulder and upper arm pain.

Neck, shoulder and upper arm pain
Constant pain in upper arm , shoulder and neck. Stiff neck and pinched muscle sometimes. Normal to sever pain. Had undergone 10 days physiotherapy 2 months back. But it's paining badly again.
