Last day evening I do some exercises and at that time all things goes fine ..and when I wake up today ..that time I'm perfectly fine and when I come after talking shower ...i feels pain in my neck by turning and rotating neck

After excercise it's common for muscles to be sore and you may have developed that. Take myoril 4 mg tab at 5pm for 3 days and apply diclo gel and heat packs 3 times a day. If still not better after 3 days get vitamin d and B12 injections
