Pain in my thighs
Dear Doctors, one week before I met a small accident while I was riding my bike. Male (main part) stressed with bike petrol tank when I fell down from bike and i feel pain in my thighs (like if we take squad in gym). still I feel little bit pain over that both parts... I need ur help to get recovery from that pain.

Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds

If you got injury to scrotal region - consult urologist soon. If there is thigh problem - consult orthopaedic doctor. Scrotal pain can be felt in the thighs as well.

Rest, ice packs and some stretching should help relieve pain. And if it still hurts please visit a general physician for some muscle relaxants.
