Pain in my right testis
Hi All, Since one month i have pain in my right testis. I consulted Urologist and he suggested to have an USG of scrotum. The result shows 3mm epididymal head cyst in right testis. But even after taking antibiotics i am in constant pain and discomfort. What should i do? Please suggest.

Epididymal cyst are not a serious problem, but antibiotic is not the treatment, the correct treatment is to undergo surgery to remove that cyst if the pain is severe enough or causing lot of discomfort only then surgery is done, otherwise there is no need to worry, they either gradually subside by themselves with time or remain there without causing in problem.
Next Steps
If the size of the cysts is increasing or if the pain is so troublesome, kindly consult a good general surgeon or a urologist and get the cysts removed.
