I play Table tennis and for few days I have pain in my right hand ( the playing hand) , it seems like a muscle problem to me.
There is no pain when I stop playing but starts again if I start playing.

It is just due to over exertion so no need to work .start some wrist strengthening exercises like placing hand on edge of table and using half kg weight do up and down movement of hand , ball sqeezing and can use spring gripper also .
