Pain in my neck upper back and both arms
For many months I am having neck and upper back pain in the early morning which reduces during work. I took ECG last year and found it normal. I was little bit casual as it is related to muscle spasm. Last week I was having some giddiness while having food which became normal by taking rest. Now my left arm is paining from neck to fingers. Some times both arm paining. I am worried whether it may be heart problem or whom can I consult now? I should take X-ray of my back? Or ECG again?
