I always have jerk in my neck.when i twisted it then become fine. It is from many years but i ignore it.now i realise ...it may be serious problem. ...

hi,don't jerk ur neck it can be dangerous. if u have constant pain .Plz consult some specialist. reg- Dr sachin 01142420686.
