Pain in my left shoulder and in the left
Few months back I woke up with a pain iny neck...I ignored it for few days and it became worse. Thereafter I have tried plenty of physios but to no avail. The pain comes n goes....unable to sleep in the night at times.

Have you gone for an xray?
Also, did you took dry needling sessions also?
