Pain in my knees
I've been experiencing on and off pain in my knees for about a year now. the first i noticed it was when I was in japan walking for quite a while in the cold weather. it stsrts from the back of my knee then later the front and back off my knee would hurt and be hard to move. at first it might be because of the cold and because I've been walking for quite some time. but then I also experience it when I am just going to stand up and spend most of my time sitting down. what could be the problem?

It can be a ligament issue. Need to examine to do the diagnosis.. but meanwhile you can start basic knee exercises to strengthen the knees.
