Pain in my knee..if stand for more than
I hv done mri of left knee . Impression for Report: Subtle illdefined increased signal in distal ACL? mild sprain/ early degeneration. Intact menisci, posteromedial and posterolateral corner structures. If i stand more than 20 min..legs starts paining

Did you get any injury or feel any instability. There is early degeneration / sprain in ACL as per your mri reports. Need to do physiotherapy. Better get an in clinic appointment so that you can get yourself checked and get a proper diagnosis

I don't think there is a ligament issue. So don't worry. But as MRI has not provided the diagnosis. You need to visit an orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation.
