It more likely to be Sinusitis.
Try this. Tablet Azithromycin-500 mg twice daily and tablet Zerodol-P twice daily for 5 days. Take steem inhalation with Amruthanjan or Vicks vaporub twice daily.
If these measures fail consult ENT surgeon.
