Pain in my arm - no rash
I've had pain in my arm for the last two days. It follows a thin line from my elbow to my thumb. It feels almost like a sunburn most of the time. When things brush up against it, it burns. But it's been cold, so I've been wearing long-sleeve shirts. There is also no visible rash or redness. Every once and a while I feel a jolt of severe pain in that area. Any idea what this could be? It's more annoying than a real big issue. So I don't think I need to bother going to the doctor for it.
