Pain in middle left back.
Pain in upper left back which worsens by bending forward and also after long time of inactivity. What might be the causes? I have no other gastric problems at the moment and i had mixed ibs 1 year before which is now inactive.

Pain can be due to muscle pull. Generally back pain can be controlled by pain killers, back exercises and sleeping on flat surface.
