Hello Sir! It seems from the conversation that you have a sitting job and have chronic bad posture which is giving you symptoms related to back pain. We also need to know if the pain is radiating to any of the lower limbs. The most common cause of back pain is loss of muscle tone and increasing weight. The two most common remedies to this problem remain correcting the posture while you sit and reducing weight and doing exercises to strengthen the back muscles which maintain your posture.

Consult your orthopaedic. Get an MRI done if he says. Please see your physiotherapist for exercises as recommended by him.
