Pain in mid abdomen
I have fissure, i go to dr they give me Pan D Lactihep Lactifiber And sumoflam After stop medicines suddenly in two days i frequent urinates and pain in mid abodmen

This may be sign of urinary INFECTION. For fissure needs a more serious approach. Local muscle relaxant ointments and other medicines are needed after confirmation of DIAGNOSIS. High fibre diet. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.

Kindly get Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis then consult surgeon
