Pain in mid abdomen regin (upper)
Having severe pain in the mid abdomen area almost all throughout the day since last 3 days. Increases after food intake Sour mouth in the morning

Drink plenty of liquids approx 2 to 3 liters per day and do regular brisk walking for 30 mins everyday. This will help with increasing intestinal motility Do Not strain while passing stools Avoid milk and milk products except curd Eat small frequent meals every 4 hrs dont increase gap between meals for more than 6 hrs Donot lie down immediately after meal . wait atleast 1 hr . (sit upright or walk around ) Avoid water during meals , preferably take water in between meals, Avoid excess tea coffee carbonated drinks fried food .chillies and spicy food Do regular exercise for 30 mins every day Avoid Stress .Do yoga/meditation.  Take proper sleep Drink plenty of liquids approx 2 to 3 liters per day in between meals rather than during meals Can Take Pan D for 5 days before breakfast.
