Hi, pain in lower waist usually means sciatica, but it can also be something else. You need to first see the doctor to conform the reason of pain. If its sciatica then physiotherapy will help you to find good results.

The best way to know what exactly it is is to visit a doctor and know. There are various causes for back pain and tingling . This only suggests that there is nerve involvement...rest will be diagnosed. Yes it is treatable so rest assured you need not waste time , just visit a qualified Homoeopath

Hello, welcome to practo. Pain in the lower back can be due to various causes... Lumbar spondylosis, Spondiolisthesis , back injury, muscle spasm to name a few.But if the pain is associated with tingling it suggests a nerve involvement. The most easily compressed of all is the sciatic nerve. Also radiation of pain from back to the lower limb definitely suggests sciatica. Homoeopathic medicines play a major role in abating the symptoms and eradicating the complaint from its root cause by constitutional prescribing. But physiotherapy or yoga exercises with proper guidance by a qualified personnel will give much relief in short span of time. Hope this was helpful. Please let me know in case of further queries.
