Pain in lower right back for 4 months.
My mri report says that
1.lumbar scoliosis with convexity to left.
2.l4-l5 diffuse disc bulge with right posterolateral disc herniation causing right lateral racess narrowing,compressing the right traversing nerve root.
I am having lower right back pain for 4 months which goes down to my right leg,after 10 minutes of walk.
