Pain in lower lumbar region
I am 18 . For a week , I had a mild pain in right lumbar region (like a nerve was paining) ; And also in right testes sometimes.., when lying on bed. I self checked testes and it was the right one paining when pressed. Although the testes pain is now no more yet the lumbar region nerve is giving mild pain.
Is this any underlying disease ?
And will this go away itself ?

Hello. Kindly do not describe it as a nerve pain. Please specify the pain whether it starts in flank and radiates or just stays there? Also is it severe or dull aching type.
In either of the cases you need to get a USG kub
In meantime you can take tab ultracet 1 tab sos
