Pain in left hypochondriac region
I have a history of renal colic 7yrs back. Today ive again got pain in left hypochondriac region radiating to back. Usg revealed a stone of 4.2mm in ureter. Im weak. Not able to eat anything. No saline has bren administered yet. Diclophenac has been injected. Pain persisits on touching.

Plenty of fluids Mixture of potassium mag citrate 15 ml thrice daily mixed with glass of water Antispasmodics for pain Adequate rest Avoid high oxalate containing food Consult a urologist for  exact prescription Majority stone of small size pass in 3 weeks
