I have started running and i am trying to gradually and slowly build buid up on time intsead of doing rushing into things.But at times i am feeling pain near my lower legs near close to the shin bone.Also when I wake up in the morning my ankle and feet are very stiff and little pain as well. It goes of very quickly but its happening every morning.
