Pain in lower left abdomen
I am married for 2.5 years. Since last 4 month we are trying to conceive but from last 4 month i observed that i have pain in my lower left and it feel little heavy side. But after period it goes but after when we intercourse it starts after 6 to 7 days. I have also done whole abdomen sonography but all reports are normal. I dont understand that is it normal or anything else. Because this cause be stress whole day and i just cant stop thinking about it. Is this any problem in conceiving please guide. I have also attached my sonography report for your reference
