  4. Pain in lower body. Wait for a day?

Pain in lower body
Mild fever, had crosin in noon. Now no fever but ache in lower body. Please suggest. Mosquitoes are around. Realized fever around 5 hours back. Should I go for any blood test or should wait for a day?
