Pain in lower back
I have terrible pain in lower back, not able to bend forward, i had been to play badminton after that i am facing this issue

You may have stretched too much or sprained a muscle when you played. If you played after a long gap, then also muscles may be tired causing this issue. Use simple painkillers, hot pack and stretching of the back. If symptoms do not get better in 2-3 weeks or if things worsen, then see an Orthopaedic spinal surgeon for further assessment and treatment.
