Pain in lower back
I am having tremendous pain in my lower back, precisely in center on the spine. I did had pain but not like this and since yesterday night i am not even able to bend even a bit on forward direction. Sitting is also become difficult task for me. Pls suggest whom to visit and what is this condition.

You should adopt a posture that keeps your pain down. A lumbosacral brace would help when having pain. Take medicines to reduce pain and later when pain is reduced you may start strengthening exercises.
