Pain in lower back &thigh
I like to get hard pressed massage on my lower back and like stretching of thighs. I always feel getting massage. Sitting for 2-3 hours, (break included) on chair alleviate pain. Also always feel like stretching my thighs. A doctor said I had vitamin d deficiency. But most people have this deficiency. Kindly suggest.

consult a physiotherapist For the time being stretching hamstrings and piriformis can relieve the symptoms to some extent..the rest of the treatment can be suggested based on the assessment findings
