Pain in lower abdomen and lower back
Hi,
I have been suffering from lower abdomen pain and lower back pain like for more than 4 months, and sometimes I feel my genital area is numb and also have pain in inner thighs, all the scan reports are normal taking pain killers gives me temporary relief what might be the reason.

You need to get an MRI for lumbar spine and hip joints to see weather there’s any pressing of nerves at the hip joint
