Pain in lower 3rd molar
I am having party erupted lower 3rd molar and it's paining a lot since 3 weeks and its nearby 2nd molar's gum is also swollen. I am taking aceclofenac serrapeptidase paracetamol since then as a painkiller twice daily and applying METROGYL DG FORTE over the wisdom tooth gum. Is it safe to take such medication for a long time span of 3 weeks ?

Medicines are safe but I would advise having an OPG done to see whether the 3rd molar is straight or tilted. If it's straight, just get the swollen gum cut under anesthesia. It's a very simple process and you'll get relief immediately.
Next Steps
if the molar is tilted, you need to extract it soon as it may cause harm to the adjacent 2nd molar.
