Pain in low back, left leg and testicles
I have pain in lower back, legs and testicles. I assume it is due to sciatica. I had variocele surgery for left testis in 2016 after which I recovered fully and started my regular activities. But I feel my left side is weak and I can't pick heavy weight activities with left hand. Also I am not able to do workout due to that. In last 2 yrs few times I accidentally picked heavy weight and felt pain in left testis. After that the pain starts to grow in left leg buttock to toe. This pain goes only after 2-3 weeks every time after doing streches, low back pain exercises. I have a desk job so suggest me permanent solution for the pain

Greetings! We need to evaluate more on elaborate history and detailed examination of vascular, neuronal, spine and genital organs. Usually post varicocelectomy a little heaviness in operated side testis can be experienced by some. But it resolves over time. Sudden sharp pain not relieving with pain killers need evaluation. Sciatica usually affects the lower limbs with a lower back ache aggravated in one particular positioning of spine. But since you experience associated upper limb weakness, it is better to consult a nearby surgeon. Thank you! (In case of further queries kindly contact me)
