I have pain in low back and it radiates in the legs from past 6 weeks. Dr recommend MRI Still doesn't know the cause. No nerve compression, no disc slip or any damage, no tissue damage and all related to lumbar spine are normal in the report. What treatment should I take.

Hello, that's good to hear ,you don't have disc bulge ,disc prolapse or radiculopathy. The large paired lower back muscles (erector spinae) may be strained. Perfect your posture. Look for the posture that places the least stress on your back. . Each morning before you get out of bed, lie on your back and slowly stretch your arms overhead. I think you need Physiotherapists suggestions.
