Pain in legs
Pain in both  legs when I am standing more  and waking. since last two months it is little more. when iam taking rest it is coming down. my Father is having knee joint problem  iam 49 years now any ayurvedic or homeopathy treatment or Life style  change suggestion before it leads to joint please advise Thank you so much. Hi 1st thing, i hope your vitamin d and b12 levels are normal. If not they are cause of pain and with injections you will get better in a week. 2nd , if vitamins are normal, then you need to get checked for different types of arthritis. Blood tests done for this. Also you need your veins and arteries in legs checked to see if they have blocks etc they can also cause pain during walking
