Pain in leg where it joins to low waiste
Yesterday I was running during this I feel too much pain in my left leg joint to the low waist.now if I am standing or sitting then I have no pain but I sit cross leg and walk then I feel pain. Please suggest me what to do early to early.and what it can be. ( Sorry for my weak English writing).

Use ice in area of Pain for 10-15min thrice a day. Keep ur knee supported while walking with crape bandage. Also give sufficient rest to the affected part and avoid any exertion. Avoid sitting in cross legs. It is not advisable ergonomically. If pain does not subsides within 3days then visit to the Physiotherapist.
Health Tips
Don’t keep ice pack stagnant on one part.

You might be suffering from muscle fatigue/strain or IT band  syndrome. Ice your leg do stretches and always warm up and cool down after a run. Consult an orthopaedic surgeon if pain persists
