Sharp pain while walking after i ran over a slant surface. Some swelling on knee area and it is bending. Please help .

Hi Could me a ligament sprain or a internal injury to knee

Apply ice Keep the leg straight in a brace if possible Keep your leg on a pillow while sleeping Take pain killer ( emanzen d ) twice a day after food
