  3. Pain in leg and back. To sit upright.

Pain in leg and back
Hi. I am a 23yr old male. The problem that i am facing right now is pain in leg, near knee. I feel extremely tired in Adductur Longus muscle and Pectineus. Secondly, I have mild pain near lower back just besides the spine. I feel pain if I try to sit upright.
