Facing pain in Low back ,thigh, left leg
Hi,
From few days my mother is experiencing lower back pain ( left side), pain and stiffness in left thigh, and left leg . I have attached the MRI report of Lumbosacral Spine..
Please let us know the required treatment.
Do any surgery required.?
Please advise.

Usually in this age there will be pathological changes in the spine and discs. It need clinical evaluation about the pain and the neurological deficits to plan the treatment
