I feel pain in my throat after some time sitting or walking and it disappears when I lay down. Please let me know what to do.

Throat pain is bot dependent on postural variation , that would be a misconception. You might be having throat infection ,gargle with salt water , avoid oily foods , antibiotics is required if its bacterial infection ,consult ENT specialist.
