I'm 24 years old and having mild pain in left testicle and left inner thigh.. I feel little uncomfortable compare to right . This problem I am facing from last 7days nd i am having mild pain , normally I dont feel any pain but whenever i walk little fast or whenevr i take stairs while going to upper floors i feel pain in left testicle

I used to wear tight underwears as well all the time while sleeping also
And the pain started when i was wearing tight underwear and tight jeans whole day and night
