Pain in left side of neck and ringing

Asked for Female, 33 Years

My husband is having pain in his throat when he coughs on left side and also ringing in left ear since 2 weeks.all this happened suddenly. Also when he coughs in morning little blood in mucus comes out.he doesnt drink and smokes occasionally.pls advise. What are the possible reasons.thank u.
