Pain in left side

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello sir from last 1 month I have severe pain in my left shoulder and neck area. I was taken flexon Mr but no releif now I feel lots of muscles spasm( NaS chdna) in both legs specially sometimes in ankle or sometimes from groin area day night and I feel numbness in my left body and aim in lower back and whenever I walk my knees start pain. I attached reports of abdomen CT scan and taking tb medication for last 4 months. Please advise which doctor is good for this problem. Thanks is advanced.
