Pain in left shoulder and upper arm
I have pain in my left shoulder and upper arm.. what to do? I had a bloated stomach as well.. i generally get into overthinking whenever there is pain in left arm.. it has happened in the past and i have consulted doctors many times .. i have even gone through cardiac related check up many times in the past and reports have always been normal.

It can be due to gastritis.
Have you tried taking antacids like pantoprazole on a treatment basis?
