I had pleural effusion tb in 2015 I completed my 6 months course reports are fine but I still have pain in lungs sometimes

Tb pleural effusion heals with fibrosis.. so though your are completed cured.. their might be some amount of fibrosis accounting for your pain. But nothing to worry about it..  if persistent .. can try colchicine .. under dr guidance
