Pain in left leg,numbness while hanging, I have consult an Doctor they said its sciatica. What is the cause of it? Is it because of any deficiency? Is there any home remedy for some relief?

May be a symptom of sciatica. Vitamin B12 supplement apart from other medications may be helpful.
